These emails go to all Council members, and the Resident Caretaker.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 align=\"left\">Property Management &#8211; Associa British Columbia, Inc.<\/h3>\n<p align=\"left\">The Associa\u00a0Client Service Centre number is <strong>604-591-6060<\/strong> and office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am &#8211; 4:00pm Closed: Saturday, Sunday and Statutory holidays. All correspondence should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:abc.service@associabc.ca\">abc.service@associa.ca<\/a>\u00a0and your message will be forwarded to the proper department or individual.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Associa&#8217;s 604-591-6060 is their after hours and weekend emergency service number (fire, flood, etc.). IN CASE OF FIRE and or POLICE INCIDENT, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.<\/strong> Remember to contact the Resident Caretaker.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Council meetings are usually scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month, except in July, August and the month our AGM is held, unless otherwise advised.
