Capital Projects Planning Committee<\/a> – select this link to view the latest Depreciation Report and the Building Envelope Condition Assessment (BECA) Report.<\/p>\n

Carpet Replacement Committee<\/strong> – At the 2023 AGM held on 27 February 2023, the Owners approved a Hallway and Stairwell Carpet Replacement. Please see the Carpet Replacement page<\/a> for further information.<\/p>\n

Communications Committee<\/strong> – Our in-house Web Administrator, the Council President and Council Secretary are members of this Committee.<\/p>\n

Gardening and Landscaping Committee<\/strong><\/a> – 2024 Members: please see the Gardening and Landscaping page. This page contains the Vanier Court landscaping plan and related information as well as the Committee\u2019s mandate<\/a> and contact information.<\/p>\n
