Welcome to Vanier Court<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This website is for owners and residents of Vanier Court, 1355 Harwood Street, Vancouver BC V6E 3W3 \u00a0legally known as The Owners, Strata Plan VR255<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Council meetings are usually scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month, except in July, August and the month our AGM is held, unless otherwise advised. Check your most recent minutes for the next scheduled Strata Council meeting date.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Owners, eligible tenants<\/em>* and occupants may attend council meetings as observers. Such owners, eligible tenants and occupants may participate in the discussion at the meeting, but only if permitted to do so by the chair of the meeting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[* – Eligible tenants<\/em> are those tenants who, under SPA 147, have been assigned by their Landlord some or all of the Landlord’s powers and duties for which the Landlord has provided written notice to the strata corporation. ]
