Other completed projects include a domestic water piping replacement, a new domestic hot water boiler (2005), and a space-heating boiler replacement (2008). The front lobby and hallway decor was updated in 2009. The exterior lighting fixtures were replaced and upgraded to LED bulbs. A new Landscaping Plan was adopted by the Owners and many hardscape and softscape recommendations were implemented. Most interior lighting fixtures use LED bulbs.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Vanier Court upgraded its elevator.
