2025 Vanier Court Council

For maintenance issues and inquiries, please email maintenance@vaniercourt.ca. These emails go to all Council members, and the Resident Caretaker, and our Associa Property Manager.


Property Management – Associa British Columbia, Inc.

The Associa Client Service Centre number is 604-591-6060 and office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Closed: Saturday, Sunday and Statutory holidays. All correspondence should be sent to abc.service@associa.ca and your message will be forwarded to the proper department or individual.

Associa’s 604-591-6060 is their after hours and weekend emergency service number (fire, flood, etc.). IN CASE OF FIRE and or POLICE INCIDENT, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Remember to contact the Resident Caretaker.


Council meetings are usually scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month, except in July, August and the month our AGM is held, unless otherwise advised. Check your most recent minutes for the next scheduled Strata Council meeting date.

Owners, eligible tenants and occupants may attend council meetings as observers. Such owners, eligible tenants and occupants may participate in the discussion at the meeting, but only if permitted to do so by the chair of the meeting.
